Rooftop bar with the best views
Situated on top of wonderful The Grand, Harry's Bar is an amazing addition to Southport. To get there, enter through The Grand and take the lift up to the top floor. Harry's is a large bar area with plenty of seating but they don't only serve drinks, they have an excellent variety of foods and have recently launched a sushi menu!
The bar opens up into a huge outdoor space through bi-fold doors. The outdoor space has lots of comfortable seating and heaters, they offer cushions and blankets to make it that bit more comfortable. It is a wonderful place for a drink on a summer evening, but also to enjoy the crisp winter weather.
At the weekend, this is one of the best places to be in Southport. We couldn't recommend Harry's bar highly enough. If you think the views from Harry's are good, wait until you see the Sky Bar! Yes, there is another level. The Sky Bar is another outdoor space above Harry's where you have views along Lord Street, across Southport and over to the sea! There is another bar up here in the summer too, just adding to the reasons why Harrys is the place to be.
As if that isn't all enough, the artwork adorning the walls by Shawn Sharpe transport you to New York in the 1920s. This is fitting with the decor at The Grand. Harry's almost feels like visiting a speakeasy through the back of a fancy restaurant!
As hard as we try to describe how good it is here, you have to visit for yourself for the full experience!
